Liz Gresham (on Maternity leave until April 2008)

Administrative Manager

is responsible for all aspects of the administration of Oxford Inspires' work, including ensuring the effective operation of office services, organising meetings and managing the organisation's financial administration. Before joining Oxford Inspires, Liz worked in journals publishing.

Jill Little take on her responsibilities until she returns.

Jacqui Ibbotson
Arts and Learning Coordinator

is responsible for providing advice and support to arts organisations, widening participation in learning and cultural activities and strengthening partnerships between organisations and schools in the County. Jacqui worked for the English National Opera and the Royal Shakespeare Company before becoming Producer of The Bridewell Theatre in London in 1995. Most recently she has been Director of Camberwell Arts Festival which specialises in Visual and Community Arts.

Sarah Maxfield 

Chief Executive

joined Oxford Inspires in 2006 and is responsible for all aspects of the organisation's leadership and management. Sarah has a background in arts planning and development in local government, with Arts Council England and as a freelance consultant. She was Director of Arts, later Deputy Chief Executive, of Southern Arts Board from 1996 to 2002 and was most recently Head of Cultural Development for Kent County Council.

Kathelene Weiss

Director of Development

is responsible for delivering substantial private sector support for the work of Oxford Inspires. Kathelene's background in fundraising and special events includes working as Development Officer, Annual Giving, for the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio, Texas, as Special Events Coordinator for the San Antonio Museum of Art and in corporate sales and events management for Borders UK.
