Food & Wine Festival now on at Oxford Castle!
Oxford Castle Food & Wine Festival brings a variety of stalls selling wonderful local produce and unusual foods to the castle grounds. There will be live cooking demonstrations, competitions, tasters from all of the Restaurants and Bars on the complex, plus a variety of family entertainment from free children’s workshops, informative foodie information stands, and farmyard animals!

Make and take-away your very own Foxbury Farm sausages. Suitable for children of 5 years and up – should be supervised by a parent/guardian during the session.
Times - 12:00, 13:00, 15:00, 16:00. Workshops last 30 – 45 minutes. Free.
Love Food Hate Waste Workshops
Find out how to save money and get more out of your food with this simple workshop. Items covered include planning, storage, date labels explained and fascinating freezer facts!
Times - 13.30, 14:30, 15:30. Suitable for adults and young people over 13 years of age. Workshops last 30 – 40 minutes. Free.

Love Leaven Hearth
Artiste Cuisenaire Mich Fabre-Lewin will be in flowing sequence making and talking through the making of sourdough leaven bread Suitable for children of 5 years and up – should be supervised by a parent/guardian during the session.
Times – 11:30 to 13:30, 15:00 to 17:00. Workshops last 30 – 45 minutes. Free.
Splat Cooking Pasta Making Workshops
Get mixing, messy, and stuck into pasta making (30mins) Suitable for children of 5 years and up – should be supervised by a parent/guardian during the session.
