Christmas Light Night Delights
Oxford city centre was packed on Friday night for Christmas Light Night, when thousands flocked to witness the lantern procession and many festivities on offer.
On the night there were late night openings at many cultural venues, fire dancers and stalls on Broad Street and Bonn Square, a winter wonderland at Oxford Castle, the big screen in Gloucester Green and much more. The Lantern Procession was led by 6 year old Darcie Duke from Kidlington Primary School who had been chosen following an Oxford Times competition.
